Special Support to Prevent Emergencies
The Rapid Response Team is a group of specially trained individuals who quickly check the condition of the patient and provide help before there is a medical emergency.
When to Call
- if there is a change in the patient’s condition that needs immediate attention
Warning signs that a patient is getting worse:
- change in the heart or respiratory (breathing) rate
- change in blood pressure
- very low urine output
- change in level of consciousness
Where to Call
Call 3333 from the patient’s room. The hospital operator will ask for information and activate a Rapid Response Team.
